Welcome to the Festival. 

WIMBORNE FOLK FESTIVAL 2012 CAMPSITE NOTICES.

ACCESS FOR WEEKEND TICKET HOLDERS ONLY.

Your ticket MUST be exchanged for a wristband and anyone found not wearing one will be asked to leave the campsite. What follows may seem like a long list of 'rules' but they are important to ensure a safe campsite and a trouble free weekend which will enable us to use these facilities in the future. Please remember that our Stewards & Security staff have the authority to enforce these 'rules'.

We have day time Stewards with night-time Security from 22.00hrs - 08.00hrs. Please co-operate with them. Any complaints should be directed to the Festival Committee via the campsite Stewards or Security or directly to one of the Festival Team. Constructive comments are always welcome.

• NO DOGS ALLOWED.
• Anyone causing a nuisance will be asked to co-operate with the Stewards.  Further trouble and the Police will be called.
• Parking - cars must be separated from tents (Fire Regs) - see site plan - if you are camped in the wrong area you will be asked to move.
• Absolutely NO campfires or ground level barbecues.
• Rubbish bags available from the Stewards - when leaving the site please leave all rubbish bags at gate.
• The Festival Committee cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to property or personal injury.
• Please vacate the campsite Monday by 10.00hrs at the latest.

FIRST AID KIT, FIRE EXTINGUISHERS AND EMERGENCY PHONE ARE AVAILABLE FROM THE STEWARD'S H.Q.

Dorset Ambulance Service (Wimborne Station) is located opposite the Police Station in Hanham Road

Showers available at the nearby Q.E. Leisure Centre during opening hours for a charge of £1.50 per person per shower Friday 7.00 - 21.00 and Saturday & Sunday 8.15 - 18.15.

When the swimming pool is open an adult swim costs £3.30; 50+ swim £2.80; Child swim £2.70; Family swim (2 adults & 2 children) is £7.70.
